PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Daniel and Susan Van Luvender have applied to the Land Use Board of the Township of Mansfield for a variance related to a proposed pool house. The property is known as Block 1805, Lot 7, commonly known as 125 Allen Road. The application requires a variance from Section 363-30 [c] of the Township code, which mandates a minimum setback of 18 feet from the property line. The applicants are requesting a variance to allow the pool house to be situated 5 feet from the rear property line. The accompanying pool and patios are compliant with Township code.
