CIVIL ACTION, SUMMONS FOR DIVORCE
From the State of New Jersey, to the Defendant Named Above:
The plaintiff, named above, has filed a complaint for divorce against you in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Morris County. The complaint for divorce attached to this summons states the basis for this complaint. If you dispute this complaint, you or your attorney must file an answer within 35 days after you received this Summons, not counting the date you received it. The cost to file an answer is $175 (plus an additional Parent Education Seminar fee of $25.00, if child support, custody or parenting time is a relief requested by either you or the plaintiff). If an active Domestic Violence Restraining order exists between you and the plaintiff, you are exempt from the Parent Education Seminar and a fee is not required.
If you fail to file and serve an answer within 35 days, a judgment by default may be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint. You shall promptly file your answer or general appearance and proof of service thereof, in person or by mail to the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division-Family Part, Morris County. You must also send a copy of your written answer to the plaintiff or attorney indicated above.

The Plaintiff, Diego Fernando Arias, residing at 116 West Dewey Avenue in the town of Wharton, County of Morris, and State of New Jersey, (hereinafter referred as "Plaintiff") by way of Complaint against Maria Alejandra Lopez Henao says:
FIRST: Plaintiff was lawfully married to Defendant, Maria Alejandra Lopez Henao (D.O.B. 10/24/1993), on June 12 of 2022 in a civil ceremony, in the town of Rockaway, New Jersey.
SECOND: Plaintiff was a bona fide resident of the State of New Jersey when this cause of action arose and has ever since and for more than one (1) year next proceeding the commencement of this action continued to be such a bona fide resident.
THIRD: The defendant now resides at the following address: 312 Quaker Church Road Apt. B-20, Randolph, NJ 07869.
FOURTH: There have been irreconcilable differences between the parties, which have caused the breakdown of the marriage for a period of six months or more and which make it appear that the marriage should be dissolved and that there is no reasonable prospect of reconciliation. At the time the cause of action arose, Plaintiff lived at 312 Quaker Church Road Apt. B-20 in the town of Randolph, County of Morris, and State of New Jersey.
FIFTH: There were no children born or adopted during this marriage.
SIXTH: There was no real or personal property acquired during the course of this marriage.
SEVENTH: There have been no previous proceedings between the Plaintiff and the Defendant respecting the marriage or its dissolution.
WHEREFORE, the Plaintiff demands judgment:
a) Dissolving the marriage between the parties.
b) That no equitable distribution is sought.
c) For such other relief as the Court may deem equitable and just.
