MERS, ACTING SOLELY AS A NOMINEE FOR A&D MORTGAGE LLC, bearing date August 30, 2022 and recorded in Control Number: 622453131 in the County of Westchester on September 12, 2022, which was assigned to WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS THE TRUSTEE OF IMPERIAL FUND MORTGAGE TRUST 2022-NQM7 by instrument executed July 7, 2023 and recorded October 26, 2023 in Control Number: 632983456.
