Proposal is for Warehouse & Medical/Office and eliminating Health Club. Leased area is 41,830 sf, (30,489 sf warehouse, 8,421 sf office space, & 2,920 sf medical office). Paved area to be restriped on site to accommodate loading and eliminate approximately 27+/- parking spaces where indicated on the plan. The applicant also requests any and all other necessary variances, waivers, design standard exceptions, permits, incidental relief and authorizations that may be deemed required, appropriate or necessary by the Board or the Applicant including determinations made during the hearing process which may be generated by way of plans and submissions.
