TOWNSHIP OF WAYNE
PLANNING BOARD
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that EGJ Associates LLC has applied to the Planning Board of the Township of Wayne with reference to property located at 60 Owens Drive, Wayne, designated as Block 2800, Lot 14.02, on the municipal tax map for Minor Site Plan revising prior application to replace 4 loading doors where previously approved. Proposal is for Warehouse & Medical/Office and eliminating Health Club. Leased area is 41,830 sf, (30,489 sf warehouse, 8,421 sf office space, & 2,920 sf medical office). Paved area to be restriped on site to accommodate loading and eliminate approximately 27+/- parking spaces where indicated on the plan. The applicant also requests any and all other necessary variances, waivers, design standard exceptions, permits, incidental relief and authorizations that may be deemed required, appropriate or necessary by the Board or the Applicant including determinations made during the hearing process which may be generated by way of plans and submissions. In addition to the foregoing described approvals, please note that to the extent revisions are made during the hearing process, measurements, percentages and other calculations may change as will the associated relief required. The applicant reserves the right to amend its application accordingly for other relief from the Township of Wayne Land Development Ordinance and Environmental Protection Ordinance as may be appropriate or necessary for this application for the proposed use.
This application is now on the Planning Board's public hearing agenda to be held Monday, November 10, 2025, at 7:30 P.M. at the Township of Wayne Council Chambers, Township Hall, 475 Valley Road, Wayne, New Jersey 07470. Any interested person or persons may have an opportunity to be heard upon such application, either by their own representation or by attorney. In addition, the Township intends to broadcast the meeting. Television access will be available on the local cable T.V. channel and on the Township's web site.
All plans and related papers are on file in the office of the Planning Department, Municipal Building, 475 Valley Road, Wayne, New Jersey, and may be inspected by interested persons during regular office hours (8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.), Monday through Friday.
This Notice is published on behalf of the applicant, as required by the State of New Jersey's Municipal Land Use Law (N.J.S.A. 40:55D-10 & 12).
