PUBLIC NOTICE
Please take notice that James and Elizabeth Haley (collectively, the "Applicant") have filed an application for development with the Borough of Haddonfield Zoning Board of Adjustment ("Board") regarding real property located at 685 West Euclid Avenue and designated as block 91.05, lot 4.01 on the municipal tax map. The property is located on a 7,500 sf lot and is located in the R-7 residential zone. The Applicant seeks bulk variance approval for the construction of a two-story addition to the existing home along with a detached garage.
The Applicant also seeks approval of the following variance under the municipal land use ordinance:
1. Section 135-32(D)(2)(a), Attachment 7 – minimum front yard set back: 39 ft required on West Euclid Avenue; the proposed addition will be set back approximately 20.50 feet from W. Euclid Avenue and the existing steps are set back approximately 17.25 feet from w. Euclid Avenue which will remain.
The Applicant also requests any additional variances, submission waivers, additional exceptions, design waivers, de minimis exceptions, interpretations, modifications of conditions of prior approvals, continuation of any preexisting non-conforming conditions, conditional use approval, other approvals reflected on the plans (as same may be further amended or revised from time to time without further notice) as may be determined to be necessary during the review and processing of the application by the Board and its professional staff, and permits requested or required by the Board at the public hearing.
This application shall be considered by the Board on October 21, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. in-person at the Borough of Haddonfield, Borough Hall Auditorium, 242 Kings Highway East, Haddonfield, New Jersey, at which time you may appear either in person or through an attorney and present any objection that you may have to the granting of this application. A copy of the application and supporting documentation is on file in the Board's office in the Borough of Haddonfield Municipal Building, 242 Kings Highway East, Haddonfield, New Jersey and is available for public inspection during regular business hours.
