Bidders will meet at the entrance of Cedarbrook Middle School located at 300 Longfellow Avenue, Wyncote, PA 19095. Attendees will sign-in and receive security identification. Please bring your driver’s license. A brief meeting will be held in the Cedarbrook Library, followed by an optional site visit. After the meeting and site visit at Cedarbrook, the bidders will travel to Glenside Elementary located at 400 Harrison Avenue, Glenside, PA 19038 for a 2:30 PM site visit. Drawings, specifications, and addenda may be viewed on-line via Procore and downloaded (free of charge) by all Prime Bidders as well as their subcontractors and vendors upon registering. All bidders are advised that they use these documents contained on Procore at their own risk and are expected to check periodically for any addenda or revisions that may be posted.
