Z-25-35 Doshi for the property located at 805 Kent Drive, Yardley, PA 19067, Tax Parcel #20-048-032-006. Applicant is requesting a variance from Township Zoning Ordinance 200-69A(14)(c) to place a patio/wall in a storm sewer easement.
Z-25-36 Meginniss/Property Perfection Inc for the property located at 0 Reading Ave, Yardley, PA 19067, Tax Parcel #20-034-020-001. Applicant is requesting a variance from Township Zoning Ordinance 200-51.B.6.b to permit the disturbance of 49.1% of woodlands where the maximum permitted disturbance is 25% (previously granted a variance to permit the disturbance of 35.4% of the woodlands) and a variance from 200-21B to allow on-lot sewage facilities on a lot size of 16,898 sq ft where 34,000 sq ft is otherwise required.
Z-25-37 Bohn/Villadelgado for the property located at 1209 Dickinson Drive, Yardley, PA 19067, Tax Parcel #20-025-124. Applicant is requesting a variance from Township Zoning Ordinance 200-23B to build a 180 sq ft patio and 323 sq ft addition which would increase the impervious surface from the existing 19.9% to 22.5% where 18% is the max allowable.
