BOX 156 RACELAND, LOUISIANA 70394   INVITATION TO BID   Sealed Bids will be accepted by the Lafourche Parish Fire Protection District #1 Board of Commissioners until 7:00 P.M. on November 5, 2025 in the office of the District Board at the Lafourche Parish Fire Protection District #1, Station No. 1, located at 112 St. Phillip Street, Raceland, LA 70394, and publicly opened for the consideration to purchase concrete of approximately 3830 SY of 8” WWF reinforced concrete pavement located around an existing pile supported foundation. Project scope will include a 10’ transitional slab installed around the building which is included in the previously mentioned reinforced concrete pavement quantity. Lastly, project scope will include the removal of approximately two (2’) feet of existing non-structural material and the import of properly placed (proofroll subgrade, compacted lifts of structural fill, etc.) structural fill under the concrete pavement. Contractor shall be responsible for all work denoted in the Construction Plans providing material, labor, and equipment as required to complete the denoted scope of work. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days. All documents and bid forms required by the specifications shall be submitted in the original bid.
