Request for Proposals (RFP) for Outfield Ballfield Graphics Enhancement at Cactus Yards, Gilbert RFP # 326000039 WORK SUMMARY: The Town of Gilbert is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to design, produce, and install high-quality outfield ballfield graphics and potential sponsorship signage at Cactus Yards. This project aims to enhance the facility's visual appeal, brand identity, and overall experience while maintaining durability and compliance with industry standards. The selected vendor will be responsible for concept development, material selection, production, and installation of graphics that reflect the community spirit and professional aesthetics of Cactus Yards. AWARD TERMS: The initial Agreement term will commence upon execution and continue through June 30, 2026. The services are required to be completed within 60 days of the Notice to Proceed or Purchase Order, as applicable. ISSUE DATE: October 6, 2025 DUE DATE: November 5, 2025 by 2:00 pm PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE & SITE VISIT: Tuesday, October 21, 2025, from 1:00-2:00 PM Cactus Yards 4536 E Elliot Road, Gilbert, AZ 85234 Administration Building at the main entrance to the ballfield complex. It is highly recommended that all prospective Proposers attend. This is an opportunity for proposers to inspect the current graphics. DEADLINE FOR INQUIRIES: The deadline for inquiries is Wednesday, October 29, 2025 at 2:00 PM, Local Arizona Time. Questions and/or inquiries must be submitted in writing. Questions submitted after this date and time will not receive a response. The Town of Gilbert reserves the right to issue RFP amendments after the question-and-answer period.
