NOTICE OF HEARING Please take notice that the Heidelberg Township, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania, Zoning Hearing Board shall conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday, October 22, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. at the Heidelberg Township Municipal Building, 111 Mill Road, Schaefferstown, PA 17088 to consider, discuss, deliberate, and if appropriate take formal action on any matter which may lawfully come before the Board and specifically to consider the application submitted by Andrew Inch for property located at 2403 South Fifth Avenue, Lebanon, Heidelberg Township, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania, 17042 within the Low-Density Residential Zoning District. The applicants seek a variance from Sections 802 and 1505(B)(1) of the Heidelberg Zoning Ordinance to expand a non-conforming business use by constructing a new office building in excess of a maximum aggregate enlargement of 50% and on contiguous lands that applicant did own at the existence of the non-conforming use.
