Housing Authority of Kings County Removal / Replacement of HVAC Units   INVITATION FOR BIDDERS   The Housing Authority of Kings County will receive bids for the following work until 1 pm on the (31th) day of October 2025, at 680 N. Douty St., Hanford, California, at which time and place all bids will be opened publicly and results reported to contractors by The Housing Authority of Kings County.   SUMMARY OF WORK: The work shall be confined to the Modernization, Removal, disposal and replacement of existing split HVAC units, per manufacturerl s recommendations and California Mechanical Code 20191 as per Specifications at the following Housing Authority owned project   Project/Location: Multiple Site Locations in Corcoran, CA. CF25001 Phase 3 20- 2 Bedroom, 36- 3 Bedroom, 20-4 Bedroom, 2-5 Bedroom (78 units total)   700 6 h Ave, Valleyview Village. Corcoran Ca A Walk- through will be performed as scheduled on October 21,2025 at 1 pm, at 700 6 % Ave, Corcoran CA, with the owner's representative. All other walk-throughs can be requested prior to October 24,2025. at the owner's representative convenance. Walk-throughs are not mandatory but are strongly encouraged   Contact Tony Gonzales at 559-469-6105.   Bids to include, Bid Form, Bid Bond, Form of Non-Collusion, Previous Participation Form and acknowledgment of any addendum.   In Lew of a bid bond a Certified Check or bank draft, payable to the Housing Authority of Kings County: U.S. Bonds, or acceptable sureties, executed by the bidder, in the amount equal to ten (10) percent of the bid shall be submitted with each bid, to be held with the Housing Authority until award of contract.   The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory performance bond and payment bond 100% each of the bid amount, by the pre-construction meeting.   The successful bidder shall furnish on site supervision for the duration of this project.
