Notice is hereby given that a PUBLIC HEARING will be held on November 5, 2025 at 7:30 P.M. by the Norwell Zoning Board of Appeals under MA General Laws, Chapter 40A, Sections 6 and 9 in the Norwell Town Offices, 93 Longwater Circle, Norwell, MA for the application of:

For Site Plan Review under § 201-3.4 and Section 6 finding pursuant to M.G.L. c. 40A and Special Permit under §201-3.3 B. (1), (2) and (3) of the Norwell Zoning Bylaw with a Shared Parking Plan under § 201-12.10. The project includes leased space within an existing structure with pre-existing site conditions. The applicant seeks approval to increase the size of the restaurant space from the current 2,525 gross square feet on the lower level by 2,012 square feet on the upper level to a total of 4,527 gross square feet with a separate take-out restaurant known as "Sparrell's" that will add 2,312 square feet for a total of 6,839 square feet. The proposed expansion will include a restaurant function room, three offices, and the take-out business. The lot consists of .68 acres and is located at 690 Main Street in Business District A as shown on Assessor's Map 15C Block 58 Lot 57 and recorded at the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds in Book 30592, Page 67. The building was constructed in 1900.
