RFP/LEASE OF CENTER SCHOOL LEGAL NOTICE TOWN OF HOPKINTON DISPOSITION OF TOWN PROPERTY – LEASE OF CENTER SCHOOL REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)   The Town of Hopkinton, through its Permanent Building Committee (PBC),pursuant to M.G.L. 30B, invites proposals from qualified proposers for the lease of the Center School located at 11 Ash Street, Hopkinton, MA 01748.   The Request for Proposals (“RFP”) may be obtained from the Town website at https://www.hopkintonma.gov/bid_detail_T16_R13.php on October 08, 2025.   All proposals must be received at Hopkinton Town Hall, Accounting Department, Attn: Ritika Patel, Procurement & Grants Manager, 18 Main Street, Hopkinton, MA 01748, no later than 10 a.m. on November 10, 2025.   Late proposals will not be accepted.   Questions concerning this RFP must be submitted via Email to: Ritika Patel, Procurement & Grants Manager at rpatel@hopkintonma.gov. All inquiries received by October 28, 2025, 5:00 PM will be considered.
