ALL MONEY DUE ON SHERIFF SALE MUST BE PAID WITH CASH OR CERTIFIED CHECK ONLY MADE PAYABLE TO: “THE SHERIFF OF BURLINGTON COUNTY”
1. THE HIGHEST BIDDER SHALL BE THE PURCHASER OF ALL ITEMS LISTED AND MUST BE PREPARED TO REMOVE ALL ITEMS AT THE TIME OF SALE
2. IF ANY DISPUTE ARISES AS TO WHO MAY BE THE HIGHEST BIDDER, THE PROPERTY WILL BE RESOLD.
3. THE PURCHASER WILL PAY THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE BID IMMEDIATELY, AT THE CLOSE OF THE SALE, AND WILL SIGN AN ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF THE PURCHASE.
4. THE BILL OF SALE WILL BE DELIVERED AT THE SHERIFF’S OFFICE TWO WEEKS AFTER THE SALE PROVIDED THAT NO NOTICE OF MOTION TO OBJECT IS SERVED UPON THE SHERIFF.
5. THE PURCHASER WILL PAY THE COSTS OF DRAWING AND EXECUTING THE BILL OF SALE.
6. IF THE PURCHASER FAILS TO COMPLY WITH ANY OF THE CONDITIONS OF THE SALE, THE PROPERTY WILL BE SOLD A SECOND TIME, THE FORMER PURCHASER BEING HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL LOSSES AND EXPENSES, BUT RECEIVING NO BENEFITS FROM THE SALE.
7. THE SALE IS SUBJECT TO POSTPONEMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE PLAINTIFF ONLY.
