APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 94706 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 8th day of September 2025 Tory A. Friedman of Reno, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the point of diversion, place and manner of use of 0.007 c.f.s., 5.00 a.f.a., a portion of water heretofore appropriated under Permit 39167. Water will be diverted from an underground source at a point located within the SW1/4 SE1/4 of Section 18, T22N, R22E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the SE corner of said Section 18 bears S 67 degrees 54 minutes 00 seconds E, a distance of 2,025.30 feet (approx. 7 miles E of the intersection of Winnemucca Ranch Rd and SR 445, Warm Springs, NV). Water will be used for irrigation purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year. The existing point of diversion was located within the NE1/4 SE1/4 of Section 4, T22N, R21E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the E1/4 corner of said Section 4 bears N 59 degrees 49 minutes 05 seconds E, a distance of 1,514.98 feet.
