TOWN OF MARSHFIELD INVITATION FOR BID BID #2026-30 Roadway and Infrastructure Construction Equipment/Labor Rental Contract The Town of Marshfield, MA, in accordance with MGL c.149 and c.30 and 39M, seeks sealed bids for "Roadway and Infrastructure Construction Equipment/Labor Rental Contract". Requirements are listed in the bid package. Equipment must be available within 1 week after bid opening date. Contractor must be MassDOT prequalified "Highway - Construction" Contractors. Total annual estimated value of contract is Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000). Awarding Authority reserves the right to extend the contract for two (2) additional 12-month options. Valuation for purposes of MassDOT Prequalification is based on first year times three (3) to arrive at an estimated total value of all bid items.
