ORDINANCE NO. 2025-2704
The City of Franklin Common Council, at its meeting on October 7, 2025, adopted Ordinance No. 2025-2704, an Ordinance to amend §169-1 of the Municipal Code as it pertains to due dates for license fee payments and license fees for transient merchants for the St. Martins Fair.
