WHEREAS, on the 2nd day of July, 2025, the above-named Plaintiff recovered a Judgment in the above-styled Court against the Defendant, above-named, as follows:
Amount of judgement -- $344,577.48 (inclusive of principal, attorneys’ fees, and taxable costs)
Taking into consideration any payments made on the judgment and accrued interest to date and additional attorneys’ fees incurred, the total amount due on the judgment is $344,577.48, plus post-judgment interest accruing at the rate of 8.5% per annum under A.R.S. § 44-1201(B), which accrues at the daily rate of $91.99, plus costs of Sheriff’s Sale, together with a foreclosure of Plaintiff’s lien against the Defendant, on the following described real property, to-wit:

NOW, THEREFORE, PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 30th day of October, 2025, at the hour of 10:00 A.M. at 301 West Jefferson Street, Room 250-8*, in the City of Phoenix, Maricopa County, State of Arizona, I will in obedience to said Execution and Order of Sale, sell all the right, title, claim and interest of the above named debtor, in, of and to the above described property at public auction to the highest bidder for cash or certified funds only, in lawful money of the United States, and apply the proceeds thereof to the payment and satisfaction of said judgment, together with the interest that may be due thereon and all costs of suit and accruing costs.
