BEFORE THE ARIZONA CORPORATION COMMISSION Docket No. S-21361A-25-0158, Temporary Order to Cease and Desist and Notice of Opportunity for Hearing (“TCD”): Lisa Anne Boisselle and her agents, employees, and assigns, shall Cease and Desist from violating the Securities Act, A.R.S. § 44-1801, et seq. The Securities Division of the Arizona Corporation Commission alleges that Respondents Lisa Anne Boisselle (a.k.a Lisa Homer and Lisa Jager) and LABI Investments LLC d/b/a Wealthwise are engaging in conduct that violates A.R.S. § 44-1841, A.R.S. § 44-1842, and A.R.S. § 44-1991 and that Lisa Anne Boisselle is liable as a controlling person of LABI Investments LLC d/b/a Wealthwise within the meaning of A.R.S. § 44-1999 to the same extent as the entity for violations of A.R.S. § 44-1991. Respondents also engaged in conduct that violates A.R.S. § 44-3201(A)(1) and (A)(13) of the Investment Management Act ("IM Act").
