REGULATIONS
SCITUATE PLANNING BOARD
Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the provisions of Town of Scituate General Bylaw Section 32050 Paragraph 5, the Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing at 6:30 P.M. on Thursday, October 23, 2025 in the Select Board Hearing Room, Scituate Town Hall, 600 Chief Justice Cushing Highway to consider and adopt revisions to the Town of Scituate’s Stormwater Regulations regarding changes to comply with the EPA MS 4 requirements and some general changes to the regulations. Copies of the proposed revisions to the Stormwater Regulations are available at the Planning Office and Town Clerk’s Office and may be viewed during Town Hall’s regular business hours.
