MORTGAGEE'S SALE OF REAL ESTATE
By virtue of and in execution of the Power of Sale contained in a Mortgage given by Christopher A. Lacky to Camden National Bank, dated April 2, 2021, and recorded with the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds, Book 54716, Page 295, of which mortgage the undersigned is the present holder, for breach of the conditions of said mortgage and for purposes of foreclosing the same will be sold at Public Auction at 11:00 A.M. on the 18th day of November, 2025 A.D. at 112 Wareham Road, Plymouth, Massachusetts 02360 all and singular the premises described in said mortgage, to wit:
The land in Plymouth, Massachusetts situated on the northeasterly side of Wareham Road, and being shown as Lot 1C-10 on a plan entitled “Approval Not Required Plan of Land on Wareham Road,” dated May 14, 2003, by G.A.F. Engineering, Inc., which plan is recorded in Plymouth County Registry of Deeds as Plan Book 46, Page 1016.
Property Address: 112 Wareham Road, Plymouth, MA 02360.
Terms of Sale: The real property, above-described, will be sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, as to the condition of the property or the status of title. Keenan Auction Company will conduct the auction and will accept bids on the property. Camden National Bank will sell the property to the party who has the highest bid. A deposit, in cash or certified funds, is required in order to bid. The deposit is Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00). Certified checks must be made payable to Drummond Woodsum. The deposit of the successful bidder will be retained by Drummond Woodsum as a non-refundable, non-interest bearing down payment to be applied to the purchase price. Camden National Bank reserves the right to submit a credit bid. The bidder to whom the property is sold must sign a purchase and sale agreement with Camden National Bank calling for a closing on or before the thirtieth (30th) day following the date of public sale, at which time the balance will be due in cash or by certified or cashier's check (or equivalent) payable to Camden National Bank, which will then deliver a duly executed Quitclaim Deed Without Covenant for the real property. In the event that the highest bidder fails to close pursuant to the purchase and sale agreement, the deposit will be retained by Camden National Bank and the premises may be sold to the next highest bidder.
