LEGAL NOTICE CITY OF SPRINGFIELD REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL   Pursuant to Sec. 38.38 of the Purchasing Code of the City of Springfield, Il, and 65 ILCS 5/11-76-2 notice is hereby given that the City and Sangamon County will receive sealed competitive proposals from vendors for:   SALE OF REAL ESTATE at Robin Roberts Stadium at Lanphier Park - RFP #CS26-25   Proposals will be accepted electronically through the City of Springfield Vendor Bid Portal at:   https://www.springfield.il.us/Departments/OBM/PurchasingElectronicBiddingHome.aspx   Proposals will also be accepted via mail courier/Hand Delivered at the Office of Budget and Management Purchasing Department, Room 210, Municipal Center, West, 300 South Seventh Street, Springfield, IL, 62701, until:   Monday, November 10, 2025 @ 3:00 p.m.   Proposals will be opened at the above specified time and date in the City Council Chambers, Municipal Center West. No proposals will be accepted subsequent to the preceding time and date.
