The premises described in the mortgage will be sold subject to all encumbrances and prior liens on October 30, 2025 at 1:00 PM on the premises, by virtue of the power of sale contained in a mortgage by Edwin Frezza, Jr. dated November 15, 2005 and recorded with the Town of North Providence Land Evidence Records at Book 2192, Page 189, the conditions of said mortgage having been broken.
TERMS OF SALE:
A deposit of TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS AND 00 CENTS ($10,000.00) in the form of a certified check, bank treasurer’s check, or money order will be required to be delivered at or before the time the bid is offered.
