BIDDING OPPORTUNITY: To Subcontractors (suppliers and contractors): Bowen Engineering Corporation is bidding as a prime contractor on the Evansville Water & Sewer Utility, BID PACKAGE #3 - LOW SERVICE PUMP STATION IMPROVEMENTS. Bowen is seeking quotations from DBE, MBE, and WBE contractor/supplier firms that might be interested in working with us on this project. Any Subcontractors submitting a bid MUST affirm that their firm/bid fully complies with all bid documents. Project Details: Procurement and installation of replacement low service pumps, variable frequency drives (VFDs), roof membrane replacement, replacement of intake bar screens, refurbishment of traveling water screens, replacement of sump pump station, extension of sewer forcemain, replacement of process piping and valves, coating systems, HVAC, electrical transformers, switchgear, MCCs, PLC, integration of controls into existing plant control system, and rehabilitation of bridge walkway. Work shall also include all supervision, equipment, traffic control, granular backfill, pavement restoration (milling included), flushing, disinfecting, testing, and all appurtenances necessary to complete the work shown in the Drawings and the Specifications.
