SHERIFF’S LEVY NOTICE STATE OF GEORGIA 027-3-115-00-0 RICHMOND COUNTY   TO: MERCY MINISTRIES, INC.   YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that I have this day Levied the following described property found in your possession, to-wit: ALL that lot or parcel of land with building and improvements thereon (excluding trade fixtures and household improvements contained within) situate, lying and being in Augusta, Richmond County, Georgia, and being located along the southern right-of-way of Broad Street, beginning at a point 272 feet from the Southwest intersection of Broad and Tubman Street, having a frontage along the said southern right-of-way off Broad Street a distance of 54 feet, more or less, and extending back a distance of 187 feet, more or less, on its eastern boundary to the point of intersection with Welch’s Alley and extending back on its western boundary a distance of 195.2 feet, more or less, to Welch’s Alley.
