By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE directed to me by the Honorable 17th JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF LAFOURCHE, State of Louisiana, dated: 06/25/25, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shall proceed to sell at online auction on 11/12/25, beginning at 9:00 a.m., and bids may be entered on the platform having the following electronic address: www.bid4assests/LPSOSheriff to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:
Property will be sold in as is condition.
That portion of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto, belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of Lafourche, State of Louisiana, in Section 66, Township 16 South; Range 18 East, approximately one and one-half miles below Raceland, south of Highway #78, being lot two (2) of block three (3) of Sunny Acres Subdivision, according to a survey and map by Bernard B. Davis, C.E., entitled "Sunny Acres, being a subdivision of property belonging to Dr. and Mrs. Wallace Sako, formerly, now to Conrad Robichaux, Jr., Lafourche Parish, Louisiana," dated January 11th, 1955, revised May 24th, 1955, recorded under entry no. 129936, of the records of Lafourche Parish, Louisiana, said Lot 2 of Block 3 measures sixty-four (64') feet front and in the rear, by a depth of one hundred twenty (120') feet between parallel lines and is bounded as follows: In front or in a southerly direction by Sako Drive. in the rear or in a northerly direction of Lot 21 of Block 3, in an easterly direction by Lot 1 of Block 3 and in a westerly direction by Lot 3 of Block 3 of Sunny Acres Subdivision.
And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of $95964.43 DOLLARS, along with interest and attorney’s fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
