By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE directed to me by the Honorable 17th JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF LAFOURCHE, State of Louisiana, dated: 06/24/25, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shall proceed to sell at online auction on 11/12/25, beginning at 9:00 a.m., and bids may be entered on the platform having the following electronic address: www.bid4assests/LPSOSheriff to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:
Property will be sold in as is condition.
A certain lot of ground situated in the Parish of Lafourche, State of Louisiana, designated as lot six (6) of block two (2) of French Turn Subdivision, located in Sections 38 and 39, T18S, R21E, and Section 62, T17S, R21E, according to a
subdivision plan by Charles L. McDonald, Land Surveyor, dated September 29, 1994, last revised January 20, 1995, recorded on October 2, 1995, in COB 1254, under entry no. 787647 of the records of Lafourche Parish, Louisiana. Said lot six (6) of block two (2) measures one hundred thirty eight Z(138) feet front along East 26th Place by a depth of 881.76 feet between more or less equal and parallel lines.
Said lot is bounded in front or west by East 26th Place, on the north by East Avenue "A", and on the south by lot five (5) of block two (2) of said subdivision. Together with all buildings and improvements thereon and all rights, ways, privileges and servitudes thereunto belonging or appertaining.
A tract of land adjacent to lot six (6) of French Turn Subdivision described as follows: A certain tract of land located in the Parish of Lafourche, State of Louisiana, described as beginning at the common property comer of Lots 5 and 6
of Block 2 of French Turn Subdivision, said point being the point of beginning.
Thence N 49°47'11"E for a distance of 138 feet to a point;
Thence S 45° 39' 44" E for a distance of 20.09 feet to a point;
Thence S 49° 47' 11" W for a distance of 138 feet to a point;
Thence N 45° 39' 44" W for a distance of 20.09 feet to the point of beginning.
Said tract is bounded on the west by Lot 6 of Block 2 of French Turn Subdivision, on the north by Avenue "A"; and on the east by Lots 12 and 13 of Block 2 of Addendum No. 1 to French Turn Subdivision. All of the above is more fully shown on the map prepared by Charles L. McDonald, Land Surveyor, Inc., entitled "Addendum No. 1 to French Turn Subdivision located in Sections 33 it 39, T18S, R21E, Lafourche Parish, Louisiana, dated February 25, 1999, recorded in the records of Lafourche Parish, Louisiana under entry no. 852602, and depicted as Tract 6-2 on said survey plat together with all the buildings and improvements thereon and all rights, ways, privileges and servitudes thereunto belonging or appertaining.
And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of $106580.28 DOLLARS, along with interest and attorney’s fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
