The Town of Manitowoc Rapids Town Board enacted Ordinance 2025-1 Amending Section 25.04 of the General Code of Ordinances for the Town of Manitowoc Rapids Regarding Municipal Citations at the October 8, 2025 Town Board Meeting. This ordinance repeals and replaces all prior ordinances pertaining to Section 25.04(4)(a)1-9.
The Town of Manitowoc Rapids Town Board enacted Ordinance 2025-3 to Amend Section 9.04(3) of the Code of Ordinances Regarding Use of Fireworks at the October 8, 2025 Town Board Meeting. This amends the dates and times firework permits can be issued in the Town.
