NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the above-entitled action has been, or within twenty (20) days will be, filed in the Greenville County Court of Common Pleas. The subject property affected by this action was situated in Greenville County, South Carolina, at the time this action and Notice were filed, and is more particularly described as follows:
All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land on the western side of Garrett Street, in Fountain Inn, County of Greenville, State of South Carolina, known and designated as Lot No. 38 on a plat of Woodfield Heights, Section 2, recorded in the Greenville County Register of Deeds Office in Plat Book PPP at Page 109, and having such metes and bounds as shown on said plat, said lot fronting on Garrett Street 100 feet and having a depth of 316.3 feet on the south side, a depth of 292.8 feet on the north side, and a width across the rear of 102.5 feet.
