American Towers LLC is proposing the collocation of three (3) panel antennas at 107-ft AGL, three (3) panel antennas at 115-ft AGL, and three (3) panel antennas at 120.5-ft AGL on an existing 133-ft AGL telecommunications tower at 1791 West Columbia Avenue, within the City of Battle Creek, in Calhoun County, MI (Parcel ID #52-0615-40-600-0). American Towers LLC seeks comments from all interested persons on any potential significant impact the proposed action could have on the quality of the human environment pursuant to 47 C.F.R. Section 1.1307, including potential impacts to historic or cultural resources that are listed or eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places.
