Pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale executed on July 23, 2025 and duly filed with the Onieda County Clerk's Office on July 24, 2025, the Referee, will sell at public auction in the lobby of the Oneida County Courthouse, 200 Elizabeth Street, Utica, New York on November 19, 2025 at 11:30 a.m. the premises known as 1520 Miller Street, Utica, New York and all that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the City of Utica, County of Onieda, State of New York, Tax Map ID No. 318.81-2-22. Premises will be sold subject to the terms and conditions of the filed Judgment.
