(4) attending remotely via Webex: Supervisors Steve Cieslewicz, Vinnie Miresse, Shaun Przybylski and Andrew Rockman (2) absent: Supervisor Chris Randazzo and Julie Morrow All present saluted the flag. Note: Supervisor Morrow joined the meeting via Webex at 5:06p.m. Public Comment None Discussion Only Discussion held on the Topics of the Presentation by The Ensign Group related to the potential purchase of the Portage County Health Care Center. Adjournment – Committee of the Whole Motion by Supervisor Ladick, second by Supervisor Doubek to adjourn the committee of the whole. Motion carried by voice vote. The Committee of the Whole was adjourned at 6:31 p.m. COUNTY BOARD The County Board of Supervisors meeting was called to order by Chair Ray Reser at 6:31p.m. Presentations County Executive Pavelski - State of the County Address & 2026 Budget Presentation Jennifer Jossie, Finance Director - 2026 Budget Presentation Public Comment None Review/Approval Motion by Supervisor Barry Jacowski, second by Supervisor Raikowski to approve the September 16, 2025 minutes. Motion carried by voice vote, with no negative votes. The minutes were approved. Next Meeting Date October 21, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. Adjournment Motion by Supervisor Randazzo, second by Supervisor Yetter to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried by voice vote.
