FREEHOLD BOROUGH PLANNING BOARD
(JOINT LAND USE BOARD)
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at a regular meeting of the Freehold Borough Joint Land Use Board, in the County of Monmouth, State of New Jersey, held on August 27, 2025, the Applicant, DOH Investments LLC, was granted Minor Subdivision Approval with Preliminary and Final Site Plan Approval with Ancillary Variance Relief to subdivide a portion of the adjacent property presently owned by E&I 620 Park Ave LLC ("E&I") and currently designated as Lot 9.02 in Block 110 on the tax map of Freehold Borough and which property is commonly known as 620 Park Avenue, Freehold, New Jersey and consolidate it with and into DOH's existing property which is currently designated as Lot 9.03 in Block 110 on the tax map of Freehold Borough and commonly known as 618 Park Avenue, Freehold, New Jersey to construct a shared parking lot with a new two-way drive aisle connecting existing Lots 9.02 and 9.03, and related parking lot, lighting and stormwater management improvements on existing Lots 9.02 and 9.03. Both lots are located in the B-2 General Business Commercial Zone District on the southern side (i.e., east bound portion) of New Jersey State Highway Route 33 (a/k/a Park Avenue).
Please be advised that the resolution of the Joint Land Use Board granting the aforementioned approval was adopted on October 9, 2025 and has been filed with and is available for public inspection in the office of the Administrative Officer of the Joint Land Use Board located at the 30 Mechanic Street, Freehold Borough, New Jersey 07728 and is available there for public inspection by appointment, Monday through Friday.
