PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at a regular meeting of the Freehold Borough Joint Land Use Board, in the County of Monmouth, State of New Jersey, held on August 13, 2025, the Applicant, SG&G Industries, Inc. d/b/a The New York Shaving Company was granted Use Variance relief, Bulk Variance relief from off street parking requirements, and Waiver of Site Plan approval to install a bespoke café and café signage, two (2) additional barber chairs, one (1) additional sink, and "barbershop" signage to the existing shave-barbershop and barber product manufacturing uses at the building owned by Bannard Freehold, LLC located at 17 Bannard Street and designated as Lot 14 in Block 10 on the tax map of Freehold Borough. The property is located in the MCM zone district.
Please be advised that the resolution of the Joint Land Use Board granting the aforementioned approval was adopted on October 9, 2025 and has been filed with and is available for public inspection in the office of the Administrative Officer of the Joint Land Use Board located at the 30 Mechanic Street, Freehold Borough, New Jersey 07728 and is available there for public inspection by appointment, Monday through Friday.
