The plaintiff has filed a lawsuit against you for the purpose of partitioning certain lands and premises known and designated as Block 597, Lot 45 and Block 596, Lots 203, 206 and 217 as shown on the Toms River Township municipal tax map. A copy of the plaintiff's complaint will be provided to you upon request. If you dispute this complaint, you or your attorney must file a written answer or motion and proof of service with the Deputy Clerk of the Superior Court within 35 days after the date of the publication of this Notice, exclusive of such date of publication.
