Legal Notice of Public Hearing   October 8, 2025   Please take notice that the Town of Gardiner Zoning Board of Appeals has received an area variance application from The Awosting Club, 50 Camp Ridge Road, Gardiner, SBL: 92.4-1-71.100. The Zoning Board of Appeals will be reviewing the application and holding a public hearing at 7:00pm on October 23, 2025. The public hearing will take place at Town Hall, 2340 Route 44/55, Gardiner. The public hearing will be held in person and via Zoom. A link to the Zoom Meeting will be posted on the town’s website, www.townofgardiner.org prior to the meeting. All documents pertaining to the application are posted on the town’s website.
