Sealed bids/proposals, as appropriate, are being accepted by the Board of Education for the City of Savannah and County of Chatham for the following opportunities:   RFP 26-07 Enterprise Document Management System Closing Date: 10/28/2025 at 2:00 P.M.   RFP 26-12 Special Education and Behavior Support Services (Annual Contract) Closing Date: 10/28/2025 at 11:00 A.M.   BID 26-23 Fire Extinguisher Inspection and Recharge (Annual Contract) Closing Date:11/13/2025 at 2:00 P.M.   RFP C26-03 CMR Services for Hubert Middle School Renovations Project (EPLOST) An optional Pre-proposal Conference is scheduled to be held at Hubert Middle School 768 Grant St. Savannah, GA 31401 on Monday October 27, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. A Bid Bond equal to five percent (5%) of the total estimated amount of the proposal, made payable to the Savannah-Chatham County Board of Public Education. If a Bidder’s Bid exceeds $100,000 and the Bidder is the successful Bidder who is awarded a contract at the end of this solicitation then the successful Bidder will be required to provide both a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each in an amount equal to 100% percent of the total Contract amount within 14 days receipt of the District’s Intent to Award and prior to execution of contract. Closing Date: 11/13/2025 at 11:00 A.M.   On the date and time noted above, bids will be publicly opened, and proposals registered. No extension of the bidding/proposal period will be made unless indicated by a written addendum. The Board reserves the right to reject all bids/proposals and to waive any irregularities or technicalities in bids/proposals received whenever such rejection or waiver is in the best interest of the Board. The Board has the right to disqualify a bid/proposal of any offeror deemed non-responsive to the Board.
