Said real estate being described as follows, to-wit: All that certain piece, parcel or tract of land, with any improvements thereon, situate, lying and being more particularly described as follows: All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land, with any improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the County of Aiken, State of South Carolina, being about one-fourth (1/4) mile East of the City of Aiken, designated on a plat thereof made by John N. Hankinson, Surveyor, recorded in Misc. Tax Parcel No.: 121-16-04-011.   ORDER OF PUBLICATION   It appearing to my satisfaction from the Affidavit of Plaintiff’s attorney that the Amended Summons and Complaint in the above entitled action, which has been commenced and is now pending in this Court, could not be served on all the Defendant(s) named herein, and that Plaintiff’s attorney has made a diligent search to locate said Defendant(s) for the purpose of effecting service of the Summons in this action. IT IS ORDERED that service of the Summons in this action be made on Estate of Josephine M.
