The Construction Manager will accept sealed bid package proposals on October 30th on or before 2:00 p.m. Bids will be received at the Willard Public School District at 500 Kime St. Willard, MO 65781. Sealed bids will be opened publicly and read aloud at 2:01 p.m. A Pre-Bid Meeting will be October 16th at 2:00 p.m. at the project site – 205 Miller Rd. Willard, MO 65781. Bid Documents will be available on 10/06/2025 and may be obtained at the Construction Managers website in their digital plan room at www.resmithconst.com.
