PUBLIC NOTICE
The TOWNSHIP OF FALLS BOARD OF SUPERVISORS will consider a Conditional Use Application at its regularly scheduled meeting on October 27, 2025, at 7:00 p.m., to be held at the Middletown Township Municipal Building, 3 Municipal Way, Langhorne, PA 19047. The Board of Supervisors will consider the Application concerning 301 W. Trenton Avenue, TMP No. 13-035-074-001, located in the NC – Neighborhood Commercial District.
The Applicant, MYNB LLC, seeks relief pursuant to § 209-22.C(7) & § 209-23.E(8) of the Falls Township Zoning Ordinance for approval to change the existing bank with drive through use to a restaurant with drive through use, namely, Dunkin Donuts. The details for the proposed use can be found in the Application.
The Board of Supervisors will consider testimony and evidence from the Applicant and any interested parties and/or residents at the hearing regarding the application, public comment, and such other information on the application as comes before the Board.
The Application may be examined by any citizen at the Falls Township Municipal Building located at 450 Lincoln Highway, Fairless Hills, PA 19030, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. A copy of the Application can also be found on the Township’s website, at www.fallstwp.com.
