PUBLIC NOTICE The TOWNSHIP OF FALLS BOARD OF SUPERVISORS will consider a Conditional Use Application at its regularly scheduled meeting on October 27, 2025, at 7:00 p.m., to be held at the Middletown Township Municipal Building, 3 Municipal Way, Langhorne, PA 19047. The Board of Supervisors will consider the Application concerning 301 W. Trenton Avenue, TMP No. 13-035-074-001, located in the NC – Neighborhood Commercial District. The Applicant, MYNB LLC, seeks relief pursuant to § 209-22.C(7) & § 209-23.E(8) of the Falls Township Zoning Ordinance for approval to change the existing bank with drive through use to a restaurant with drive through use, namely, Dunkin Donuts. The Board of Supervisors will consider testimony and evidence from the Applicant and any interested parties and/or residents at the hearing regarding the application, public comment, and such other information on the application as comes before the Board.
