Notice is hereby given that St. Johns County is soliciting sealed bids under IFB NO: 2548; NORTHWEST WATER RECLAMATION FACILITY PUMP STATION. Interested and qualified Bidders may submit sealed bids in accordance with the requirements provided in the Bid Document, to the St. Johns County Purchasing Department located at 500 San Sebastian View, St. Augustine, FL 32084. All sealed bids must be submitted by or before 2:00PM (EST) on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, or as otherwise stated in an addendum. Sealed bids delivered to or received by the SJC Purchasing Department after the above submittal deadline shall not be considered and shall be returned unopened to the addressee.
The project involves the construction of the proposed reclaimed water pump station, electrical building, related electrical work, Motor Control Center’s, Variable Frequency Drives, new vertical turbine pumps and cans, pump station slab and related appurtenances. Work sequencing with Ground Storage Tank contractor, horizontal directional drill contractor, and general contractor for other projects on the same site. Yard piping, valves, appurtenances as needed and shown on the drawings. Site work to include clearing, grubbing, import of structural and common fill for the site and final grading, storm water, landscaping, and fencing improvements. Lastly, complete all pipeline connections, startup of facility and all other associated work as shown on Drawings and specified herein.
Bidders must obtain and review the Bid Documents, including all Attachments and Exhibits, as well as any issued addenda, for full details and instructions regarding submittal format, full scope of services, minimum qualifications and all other information related to this Bid.
