Alice Cowgill, whose last known address, 61580 High Hill Road, Cambridge, Ohio 43725; Unknown Heirs of John Cowgill, Addresses Unknown; Carla Allgeier, 5883 Ramsey Drive, Noblesville, IN 46062; Nancy Whaley, 10714 Main Street Apt 1, Mantua, Ohio 44255; Ronda Facemire, 188 Tiffany Lane, Elizabeth, WVA 26143; Dustin Cowgill, 117 Jennifer Drive, Byesville, Ohio 43723; and Huntington National Bank, PO Box 122620, Covington, KY 41012, cannot with reasonable diligence be found or ascertained, shall take notice that on the 29th day of August, 2025, Sharon Secrest, Treasurer, Guernsey County, Cambridge, Ohio 43725, in Case No. 25CV368, filed her complaint against said party praying for foreclosure for delinquent taxes regarding the following described real estate, to wit: 411 Wall Avenue, Cambridge, Ohio 43725.
Said party or parties are required to answer on or before the 28th day following the last publication of the within notice or default judgment or other judgment may be had against them. Said publication shall be made in this newspaper at least once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks.
