The permit area is located in Muskingum Co., Washington Twp., Sec. 2 & 3, Qtr. Twp. 2, Lot 10, T-1, R-7; Qtr. Twp. 3, Lots 12 & 13, and Qtr. Twp. 4, Lots 24 & 25, T-2, R-7 on the property of the State of Ohio, Department of Natural Resources. The permit contains 359.6 acres and is located on the Adamsville 7.5 min. USGS Quadrangle map, approx. 5 miles north of Zanesville, OH. The renewal application will allow CCU Coal and Construction, LLC to continue the mining operations on D-2449 for up to 5 years past the expiration date of 2/16/26.
