POLK TOWNSHIP SUPERVISORS NOTICE OF CONDITIONAL USE HEARING APPLICATION OF CHRISTOPHER AND KAREN MILLER FOR ASSISTED-CARE DWELLING UNIT FOR RELATIVE The Polk Township Board of Supervisors shall conduct a public hearing on October 27, 2025 at 5:30 PM at the township building, 165 Polk Township Road, Kresgeville, PA for the purpose of hearing the Conditional Use Application of Christopher and Karen Miller for approval of assisted-care unit for relative for property located at 2525 Bark Lane, Kunkletown, PA 18058. The property bears Parcel ID 13.7B.1.32. The property is in an R-1 residential zone.
