CITATION GIVING NOTICE OF PETITION TO PARTITION
In the matter of:
Petition to Partition 130 Porter Street, Stoughton, MA 02072
To Michael Henriques of British Columbia and to all other interested persons, a petition has been presented to said Court by Tony F. Henriques of Seattle in the State of Washington representing that he holds as Joint Tenant a 50% undivided part or share of certain land lying in Stoughton in the County of Norfolk, and briefly described as follows 130 Porter Street Stoughton, MA 02072. A certain parcel of land with the buildings thereon situated in Stoughton. Norfolk County. MA on the northerly side of Porter Street bounded: Beginning on Porter Street at land formerly of Horace F. Woodard, thence running
Southwesterly by said Porter Street, fifty (50) feet to land now or formerly of E.C. Honk; thence running
Northwesterly by said Honk land one hundred thirteen feet to a passageway twenty (20) feet wide, thence running Northeasterly by said passageway fifty (50) feet to said Woodard land; thence running
Southeasterly by said Woodard land, one hundred thirteen (1 13) feet to the point of beginning.
Subject to and with the benefit of covenants, easements, restrictions agreements and reservations of record and setting forth that they desire that all of said land may be sold at private sale or public auction for not less than five hundred fifty thousand dollars ($550,000.00) and praying that partition may be made of all the land aforesaid according to law, and to that end, that a commissioner be appointed to make such partition and be ordered to make sale and conveyance of all, or any part of said land which the court finds cannot be advantageously divided, either at private sale or public auction, and be ordered to distribute and pay over the net proceeds thereof in such manner to make the partition just and equal.
If you desire to object thereto you or your attorney should file a written appearance and answer in said Court at Canton before ten o'clock in the forenoon on the fifth day of November, 2025the return day of this citation
