CALHOUN COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS STATE LOBBYING SERVICES The Calhoun County Board of County Commissioners (County) seeks Proposals for the professional services of a State Lobbyist with regards to any matters in which the County may need such services before the Florida Legislature, state and administrative agencies, the Florida Governor and Cabinet in whichever legal role said entities may be performing. Submittals shall be designed to portray the proposing firm's complete range of services which may best assist the County. Response Deadline: Friday November 7, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. (CT) Opening Date: Friday November 7, 2025, at 2:01 P.M. (CT) Detailed information for the RFP may be picked up or requested by email from the Calhoun County Grant's Administration office hflowers@calhouncountyfl.gov. In order to ensure a fair, competitive and open process, once a project has been advertised for Letters of Qualifications, all communications between the interested firms and the County must be directed to Hunter Flowers, Grants Administrator at hflowers@calhouncountyfl.gov.
