NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure as to Mortgage for Commercial Purposes and for Money Damages entered on December 5th, 2024, and pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Set New Foreclosure Sale Date entered on September 18th, 2025, in Case No. CA23-1945 of the Circuit Court of the Seventh Judicial Circuit in and for St. Johns County, Florida, wherein NEWTEK SMALL BUSINESS FINANCE, LLC is the Plaintiff and MATTHEW S. STEWART a/k/a MATTHEW SCOTT STEWART, JACQUELINE S. STEWART a/k/a JACQUELINE SUE STEWART and BLUE SEVEN, LLC are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Johns County, Florida will sell to the highest bidder for cash in the full amount of the bid payable on the same day of sale at www.saintjohns.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online foreclosure sales, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at public sale on November 13, 2025, at 12:00 P.M. (Noon), the following described real property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure as to Mortgage for Commercial Purposes and for Money Damages, to wit:
