TOWN OF ROCKLAND BROWN COUNTY, WISCONSIN NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a public hearing to be held Monday, November 3, 2025, at 6:45 p.m. at the Rockland Town Hall, 1712 Bob-Bea-Jan Road, De Pere, to receive public input, comment and regarding a requested rezoning: Consider Ordinance 2025-03 to rezone newly created Parcel R-376-3 from Agriculture - Farmland Preservation (AG-FP) to Estate Residential 2 acre (ER-2). The property is located on Blake Road and is owned by Tim & Lynn Jonet, 5801 Blake Road, De Pere. The acreage is being created by retracement in exchange for a portion of R-376-1 which is currently zoned Estate Residential 5 Acre. (ER-5). This is being done to repurpose a piece of difficult to farm property for residential use.
