NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Harrison, Calumet County, Wisconsin on Monday, November 3, 2025 at 5:00 pm at Harrison Village Hall, W5298 State Road 114. The public hearing will address the following petition:
PETITION/APPEALS: A petition for variance from Section 117-82(l)(1) of the Harrison Zoning Ordinance that states the maximum number of accessory detached garages and sheds shall be one (1).
The applicant is requesting a variance to construct a second detached garage at the property located at W7171 Firelane 2, parcel 39854.
The subject property is zoned Single-Family Residential (Suburban) [RS-1] with Shoreland Overlay [SHO] and is legally described as: J3814-20,J4367-21,J5267-24 GL 3 SEC.18-20-18 COM810'W INTR S/L RR &E/L GL3, S380'TO LAKE,WLY ALG LK 61', N PAR/W E/L 380'TO S/L RR, ELY TO POB,EX J1919-4.
All interested persons are encouraged to attend the public hearing and provide input. Written comments also may be submitted in advance to the Assistant Village Planner.
The Zoning Board of Appeals is expected to make a decision during the regular meeting, provided all information is available for review.
