Main Street, Waynesboro, PA 17268 during regular business hours (Monday thru Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) or by email request to Melinda Knott, Borough Secretary, at melinda@waynesboropa.gov. Bids will be received at the Office of the Borough Manager, Waynesboro Borough Hall, 55 E. Main Street, P.O. Box 310, Waynesboro, PA, until 2:00 p.m., prevailing time, on Monday, November 10, 2025. Bids will be publicly opened in the second floor conference room of Borough Hall at 3:00 p.m. that day, and will be considered at the November 19th Borough Council meeting beginning at 6:30 p.m. All bids shall be sealed and marked "Bid" for whatever commodity or contract is being quoted. Bids may be taken under advisement and if not awarded, will be acted upon within thirty-five (35) days.
